The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working in a dental practice as a Clinical Coordinator preferred but not essential
- A flexible and a positive attitude to fit in with the practice operations and team
- Exceptional leadership skills
- An energetic and positive approach
- A passion for the dental industry and patient care
- Certificate III in dental assisting
Tasks and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- A demonstrated ability to effectively manage staff, patients and visitors
- Exceptional leadership, cultural and teamwork focus
- A high process improvement focus with exceptional attention to detail and time management
- Assisting the dentists as required
