In the role you will focus on improving clinical care, ensuring statutory regulations, policies, standards and procedures are adhered to across the facility. In addition, and when require you will step up into the position of Clinical Manager.

Things that work for us:
- Minimum of 5 years' clinical experience as an RN in aged care, with a passion for person centred, holistic care;
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for continual improvement and ongoing education;
- Good understanding of the Aged Care standards with a strong commitment to compliance;
- Demonstrated collaborative leadership style
- High level of customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow directives as per care plan
- Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
- Police Certificate (within the last 6 months)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement of this role
