Form of work03rd April, 2024 The 110 bed fully accredited Aged Care facility is based close to Mango Hill, QLD. The Clinical Manager will lead a passionate Aged Care team that are focused on delivering high-quality care.
About the role: The Clinical Manager will report into the Facility Manager and will support, train and mentor the clinical team that meets the high standards of quality of care and individual needs of the residents. Duties: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Aged Care sector, including ACFI funding and Quality policy protocols. Show an ability to operate independently and professionally with limited supervision.
