Greater! ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:This rewarding role will see you join and become part of the clinical leadership team within St Vincent’s Private Hospital Toowoomba. St Luke’s Ward is a unique 28 bed unit which delivers high quality, comprehensive care to our medical patients with a strong focus on acute cardiology, including interventional cardiac procedures, stroke and general medical.

You will become a part of a team which works with a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach to delivering patient centred goals, driven by evidenced based practise through ongoing quality initiatives. ABOUT YOU:As a Clinical Nurse, your practise will lead to excellence in patient care and outcomes, through the demonstrated behaviour that represents the hospital’s mission and values. As a Clinical Nurse on St Luke’s ward, you will be responsible for establishing, leading and evaluating patient’s plan of care with a multi-disciplinary approach.

Your qualifications, skills and experience will include:At least 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse working an in a Cardiac/Medical/ Stroke Ward environment
