The Opportunity
An opportunity exists for an experienced Perioperative nurse with a commitment to clinical education and professional development to provide clinical education to new graduates and Theatre staff.
This is hands on role requiring an exceptional candidate that can not only deliver formal training but also lead, coach, and inspire others through practical on the job training working alongside our team of clinical employees.
About You
This opportunity will require exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Your positive attitude, ability to prioritise, delegate and adapt, along with your excellent time management skills are of critical importance for this role.
Essential Criteria:
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 5yrs experience within the Perioperative environment
- Commitment and positive attitude towards education and professional development
- Proven presentation and teaching skills in individual, small and large group settings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Desirable Attributes:
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment in the workplace or working towards
- Perioperative Graduate Certificate or similar
- Previous involvement in quality and educational activities
Remuneration
PH from $50.29 + superannuation, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Baringa has a day medical unit which caters for patients requiring chemotherapy and day intravenous therapy.

- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
