We're looking for someone who:

• Holds AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and a current Nursing degree.
• Possesses extensive experience in Residential Aged Care, with a proven track record of successful clinical leadership.
• Demonstrates exceptional clinical and leadership skills, with a focus on resident-centered care.
• Has excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Holds full working rights in Australia.
