The South West Palliative Care service provides comprehensive and compassionate care to address Palliative Care needs for clients and their families/carers living in South West communities. The service collaborates with many other integral organisations in the complex care delivery to clients, utilises and encourages innovation, quality and research to obtain optimal person-centred goals of care.

Roma is the largest town in the Maranoa Region servicing a catchment population of almost 14,000 and offers an array of city-like conveniences with friendly country hospitality.
