The Opportunity
We require a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Vascular Services Team. The Clinical Nurse Specialist - Vascular Services is a Registered Nurse with advanced skills and knowledge in patient care coordination, complex wounds management and related Vascular Services/procedures. The Clinical Nurse Specialist - Vascular Services is responsible for providing appropriate evidence based clinical care and care coordination for patients acessing Vascular Services at AWH. This is a cross campus position working within the inpateient space and the outpateient vascular clinics (Interdisciplinary HIh Risk Foot and Chronic Complex Wound Clinics).
