About the role
Deliver Clinical Pharmacy services on a rotational basis to multiple speciality Pharmacy work units, Multidisciplinary teams and the Dispensary within Redcliffe Hospital and other facilities throughout Metro North Hospital and to stakeholders/customers of Queensland Health in accordance with organisational goals.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive clinical Pharmacy services within a complex service.
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and clinical advice to the Pharmacy team and Multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively consult, advise and provide assistance to professional peers and other staff in relation to Pharmacy services.
- Demonstrated ability to provide effective education to the multidisciplinary team and patients.
- Demonstrated ability to provide guidance to less experienced staff members and education to students.
