The ideal candidate will have:
- Leadership skills including the ability to motivate others and build relationships quickly
- Candidate must have previous experience as dental assistant and reception
- An energetic approach to keep pace with our energetic dentists
- Interest in stock control, staff rostering and management;
- A passion for the dental industry and patient care
- Possess high empathy and a patient centric approach
- Be able to handle pressure and multi-task
