The Role:

Due to our exciting growth, we are looking for an Occupational TherapyClinical Supervisor to provide supervision for clinicians new to or early in their Allied Health community practice.

As a Clinical Supervisor, you have a crucial role in supporting quality and continuous care and building the confidence and skills of new graduates, early career and new-to-community clinicians

Responsibilities:

• Support Occupational Therapy students on clinical placement with Ignite Healthcare
• Provide clinical supervision to New Graduate Clinicians and/or Early Career Clinicians and/or Clinicians New to Community Practice from the Occupational Therapy discipline
• Achieve individual key performance indicators

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Occupational Therapy
• Registered with AHPRA
• Clinical experience of working in the disability sector (NDIS, My Aged Care – Home Care Package)
• Worked preferably in an interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary allied health environment
• Excellent written, verbal, and computer literacy skills
• Current driver's license.
