We currently have a great opportunity for the right person to join Rocky Bay as our new Clinical Support Services Manager as part of the clinical division.

Reporting to the Chief Clinical Manager, the role will encompass:
Management and analysis of Clinical Services data, this includes (but not limited to) proactively managing and reviewing customer attraction and retention data, assess and understand trends in data, plan utilisation, gaps in services, systems, staff knowledge, and data errors to avoid and mitigate potential future issues.
Ensuring a team of accurate schedulers focus on billing and optimisation of clinician time as allocated to our customers.
Overseeing and managing the end-to-end delivery of Clinical Support Services delivery to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
Assist in the preparation of business cases for continuous improvements recommendations, ventures, and service models.
Ongoing consultation with clinical service providers to support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of services.
Work in a model of continuous improvement to provide the best service to our clinicians supporting customers.
Proactively review and monitor team and department performance (including productivity and utilisation) and implement forward planning and remediation to ensure all remain on track to meet goals and KPIs.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop Clinical Services programs.
Represent Clinical Services in cross divisional projects and complete assigned tasks as and when required.
Champion, lead and communicate the strategic and operational direction (organisational and divisional) to direct reports
What skills and experience do you need in this role?
Ability to lead and develop a strong resilient team through significant sector change.
Ability to translate strategy into operational excellence.
Experience in delivering effective and efficient business support strategies, plans and service models.
Experience management role including operational, financial, people and strategic management.
Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to identify new opportunities in the changing landscape as well as commercial governance skills in managing current business.
Demonstrated ability to positively lead, operate and drive change to improve service delivery outcomes.
A strong and proven understanding of contemporary clinical services practices, trends, and opportunities
Excellent communication, influencing and engagement skills.
Able to build & sustain a diverse range of collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
Demonstrated integrity, self-awareness, and professionalism.
Continuous improvement mindset
