Purpose of the role
Ensure timely release of all medical/assessment results.
Ensure accuracy and quality of results to clients.
The Role (FT/PT Mon-Fri)
Primarily responsible for the quality assurance and sending of all finalised medical assessments as per OSHGroup's results release process.
- QA and liaise with doctors to ensure medical results are correct
- Collaborate with other team members to map progress of medical results incoming.
- Support administrative, medical, and allied health team members.
- Ensure quality and adherence to processes and procedures.
- Meeting internal & external KPI's for the results release process
- General administration and reception support as required from time to time.
Skills required.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar medical role.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deal with clients and maintain relationships.
- Ability to assist and collaborate in a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills
- Intermediate computer skills, including Word Excel, Outlook and SharePoint
