The Role
Management of the pre-appointment steps for appointments at affiliate clinic locations (including management of bookings, reschedules and maintenance of affiliate network)
Responsibilities
- Ongoing monitoring and management of the bookings inbox
- Manage all incoming new bookings for appointments at affiliate clinics.
- Completing booking in line with candidate and client requirements.
- Source new clinics and maintain relationship with existing clinics
- Communicate with key stakeholders on a regular basis to provide updates on progress, required actions etc
- Management of updates in relevant software/client platforms to ensure up to date information is available
- Support other administrative team members as required.
- Additional project-based work as required
You will have
- Experience in a similar role managing bookings
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to communicate requirements to clinics and candidates clearly and concisely
- Verbal and written communication with stakeholders (clients, clinics and candidates)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team
