ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Training and Radiologist Engagement Coordinator to join our team based in Mandurah, Western Australia or Melbourne, Victoria! In this pivotal role, you will ensure the effective identification and coordination of Training and development requirements for IDX Radiologists. Acting as a trusted advisor to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and a strong liaison with Radiologists across our regions, you will align with the clinical business strategy to foster excellence in patient care and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate E-Credentialing across IDX Business Units.
- Administer the IDX Clinical Portal, including content management and document control.
- Manage IDX online journals and teaching platforms.
- Coordinate monthly Radiologist newsletters and training requirements.
- Plan and organize Radiologist education and engagement events, including leadership programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with Registrars to support the IDX Radiologist recruitment strategy.
- Liaise with Business Unit Radiologist Coordinators and Clinical Directors to organize peer review sessions and live tutorials.
- Work with local training sites and stakeholders to ensure high-quality Radiology Training and recruitment of accredited Radiology Graduates.
- Manage aspects related to International Medical Graduates (IMG) for IDX businesses and deliver process improvements.
- Handle end-to-end processes for registrations and accreditations of sites.
- Research and communicate developments in RANZCR policies relevant to Radiology training.
- Provide administrative management for the ICLC and the CMO Board report.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
ABOUT YOU:
- Degree qualified in a clinical discipline (preferred).
- Experience in managing and coordinating clinical health information.
- Proven track record in clinical practice with participation in quality improvement activities.
- Experience in teaching, training, and education of RANZCR accredited Radiology trainees.
- Ability to lead and improve processes to foster a strong culture of excellence in teaching and education.
- Effective communication, advocacy, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen and commercial focus.
