AddressJoin the Scientia Clinical Research team as a Clinical Trial Assistant
- Scientia Clinical Research is world-class and modern Clinical Trials facility, located in the centre of Randwick's medical precinct.
- We are looking for someone with tertiary qualifications in science, preferably in biochemistry, molecular biology, medical science or other life science disciplines to join our growing Clinical Operations Team.
- Clinical research and life science related experience preferred but not essential.
Duties for the role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Responsible for assisting with Clinical Trial related activity, data acquisition and input according to SCR’s Standard Operating procedures (SOPs), Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, Clinical Trial protocol and other regulatory requirements.
- Supports Clinical Study Co-ordinators and Project Managers in routine clinical activity required for the smooth running of trials across Scientia.
- Assists with study data completion and query resolution in a timely manner.
- Ensures high quality data capture and entry through accurate and complete source documentation.
- Assists with the organisation and communication of study participant appointments and stays at Scientia's facility
- Completes filing and archiving of Clinical Trial documentation.

- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement; strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and complete assigned tasks to a high standard under pressure.
- Ability to accept responsibility for tasks and follow through to completion.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong willingness to learn; high learning agility.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work environment and business requirements; willingness to work as required to meet timelines.
- High level of professionalism with strong reliability and punctuality.
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
