In this role, you will play a crucial part in our research endeavours, ensuring that each patient receives optimal care through the coordination of clinical trial activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the coordination and oversite of clinical trial activities from start to finish.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth trial implementation.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
- Facilitating communication between investigators, sponsors, and research staff.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following essential criteria:
- Positive and warm attitude with a commitment to providing exemplary support to patients and families.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable knowledge and/or skills in working with patients in clinical practice or a similar relevant clinical discipline.
- Tertiary or diploma education in a related health discipline or equivalent relevant training plus experience.
- Current AHPRA Registration.
- Highly proficiency in standard MS-Office software.
- Well-developed critical thinking and problem solving skills
Additionally, we value candidates who demonstrate:
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Experience in medical administration and/or research data management processes, or willingness to learn.
- A passion for data and confidence in ones quantitative reasoning skills
- While previous experience in Clinical Trials coordination is desirable, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
- We also value candidates who are committed to the local community and improving outcomes for rural and regional patients.
