As a Clinical Trial Assistant, you will act as a central point of contact to provide administrative and Clinical Trial-specific assistance to all members of the Medical Clinical & Drug Development teams on the various tasks. The CTA will report directly to the VP, Clinical Operations and will also work cross-functionally within the company and externally with study sites and vendors.

To be a successful candidate:

• You have a Tertiary qualification in health science-related discipline with at least 3 years experience in a similar or equivalent role (non-negotiable)
• You have a proactive and problem-solving approach to your work, with a high attention to detail, and the ability to think critically and strategically
• You are an enthusiastic, and self-driven Clinical Trials Assistant (CTA) preferably with experience across the entire Clinical Trial process from study start-up to closure who can efficiently work across multiple projects
• You are highly competent, able to work autonomously, and capable of handling competing deadlines.
• Accountability and initiative are essential traits, as the role involves taking ownership of tasks and being proactive in finding solutions.
• Based in Sydney
