What you'll be doing
The CIRCUIT Study is a randomised controlled trial that compares the timing of COVID-19 booster vaccines around the commencement of new immunosuppression, over a one-year study period. The study involves the recruitment of participants from several specialist medical departments.
The Clinical Trial Co-ordinator is responsible for the oversight and management of the CIRCUIT study and data entry. This includes performing face to face and telephone study visits, completion of study documentation and collection of biospecimens as well as arrangement of courier service of samples to the biobanking facilities. They will monitor to ensure data collection is accurate and detailed as required. They may be required to manage other projects within WSLHD as required if time permits.

Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in a related science or health care discipline and/or equivalent relevant pharmaceutical Clinical Trials or research experience.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously across all aspects of research project.
- Demonstrate good organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to identify discrepancies and risks quickly.
- Proficient in use of various Clinical Trials management software, REDCAP, databases and electronic CRFs.
- Demonstrated experience in decision making, formulating new approaches and showing initiative.
- Must be trained in ICHGCP
