Clinical Trials Pharmacist - Part Time (0.4) / Fixed Term

We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Trials Pharmacist to join our growing team! Please note this is a Part Time (0.4), 12-month Fixed Term contract.  The 0.4 can be spread across 2 to 3 days.

This unique opportunity will give you exposure to a wide range of new medications and devices in their early stages of development. 

Key responsibilities

• Ability to understand and implement clinical trial processes and procedures
• Ensuring correct documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Compounding and dispensing clinical trial drugs
• Inventory management of supplies
• Documentation preparation to be used on Clinical trials
• Critical review of protocol, pharmacy manual and any other applicable documents
• Liaising with Project management and other functional departments
• Liaising with CRO partner representatives
• Developing and implementing training to staff across the company

Requirements

• Completed Tertiary qualification in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or equivalent
• Current general registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA
• Clinical Trials experience is highly desirable
• Experience of GMP, GCP, sterile compounding and working in clean rooms is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and effectively in a team
• Open to working generally from 07:00/08:00 till 15:00/16:00 Monday to Friday
• Open to a rotating roster - Monday to Sunday
