Within the HDND franchise we have Multiple Anytime Fitness with 12+ located in Sydney and 7 gyms in Tasmania! We have even expanded into Group Fitness where we have 5 successful sites. We are only growing and expanding!

🔎 𝗪hat we are looking for:

• Sales experience (experience in a fitness sales role preferred but not essential).
• 100% commitment towards providing OUTSTANDING customer service.
• Excellent skills using social media (Facebook + Instagram & GMB) to drive the club’s exposure.
• Proven ability to work under limited supervision.
• Super sharp computer and admin skills.
• Genuine desire and ability to take on the responsibility for the club’s day-to-day operations.
• Outstanding people skills with a proven ability to generate leads and close business.
• A commitment to following processes and procedures
• Availability to work the following hours:
  Monday – Thursday 10:30am-7pm 
  Friday 7am – 2pm (who doesn’t love an early finish on a Friday)

🎯 A day in the life of the Anytime Fitness Club Manager 

As the successful applicant, your fun-filled day will look like this:

• Smashing KPIs and sales targets.
• Hosting member challenges and member engagement 
• Proactively seeking and generating new sales leads and referrals.
• Using effective communication to retain members, renew memberships and re-engage inactive members.
• Meeting and greeting potential and existing members with warmth and positivity.
• Contributing to our vibrant and fun club atmosphere with your sparkling personality.
• Promoting our club’s brand and image within the local community and on social media.
• Able to look after gym at all levels including Maintenance of equipment & ensuring the gym is at a clean to a great standard 
• Keeping the club running smoothly with a no-stress attitude.

💜What you can expect from us

we believe the gym manager is the first point of contact for a new member and is the most important role in running a successful gym. That being said we feel you should be paid correctly for the responsibilities you will take on with this job offer and we feel that you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with us. We will expect you to sign a 12-month managers agreement and we trust that once we progress with our working relationship you will be happy with our fast growing franchise.

From monthly KPIs, bonuses, management course opportunities and quarterly team events we work to grow our group professionally and personally.
