Club Manager

Anytime Fitness St Marys is a newly refreshed club. We are looking for a driven, outgoing and goal orientated Club Manager with great sales skills, professionalism and an ability to provide superior customer service to members of our club.

About the Role:

As Club Manager, you will be responsible for continuing the ongoing success of our community based club with the ability to take our club to the next level. You will be mentored and guided in the Anytime Fitness processes and systems and take ownership of driving membership sales, overseeing gym operations and implementing a range of retention strategies to service members and increase the club's profitability and performance. In addition, opportunities will be presented to up-skill and learn other areas of the business.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead and inspire Team and ownership of the club's success
• Working closely with Area Manager to achieve sales targets 
• Proactively seek out and generate new sales leads and referrals
• Meet and greet potential and existing members and provide an excellent customer service experience
• Create a vibrant, fun & positive club culture
• Promoting our club through social media platforms (training provided)
• Maintain cleanliness standards of the club
• Ensure Anytime Fitness processes and guidelines are followed at all times

Essential Criteria:

• Fitness Industry experience with a passion for health and wellness
• Strong sales & customer service experience 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Target driven and understand the importance of achieving set targets
• A hands-on and positive "can-do" attitude with the desire to continuously improve
• Ability to plan and prioritise in a fast paced environment
• Be well presented, professional and punctual

Desirable Criteria:

• First Aid Certificate
• Fitness Experience
