- Staff Management: You’ll roster, recruit, train, and manage a small team, including individuals with disabilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety laws and efficient staff management.
- Facilities Management: You’ll open, close, and secure the club Wednesday to Sunday, ensuring everything is in top condition. You’ll organise repairs and co-ordinate third-party contractors and operate a food service to members.
- Bookings and Events: Respond promptly to booking enquiries, manage the bookings calendar, and oversee event setup.
- Financial Duties: Conduct weekly reconciliations, routine banking, and maintain accurate financial records. Undertake stocktakes and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Bowls and Equipment: Make bowls and other equipment available, manage hire fees, and ensure equipment is well-maintained.
- Promotions: Run weekly raffles and bar promotions, ensuring active member and guest participation.
