About the role: My client is excited to announce the opening of two beautiful new boutiques in South Perth and Cottesloe, so we are seeking a dynamic and experienced multi-site Manager to lead the team across both Boutiques. They are a renowned Australian fashion brand that seamlessly blends luxurious fabrics with timeless designs. With a commitment to quality and craftsmanship, priding themselves on creating wardrobe essentials that exude sophistication and comfort.
Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Multi-site Boutique Manager to spearhead the launch and operations of the new stores within the Perth market. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the fashion retail industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Offering a competitive salary up to $75k + super with monthly bonus potential, team discount and an annual uniform allowance too.
Key Responsibilities:

• Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations across both sites, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing in-store experience.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Sales Performance: Drive sales and achieve revenue targets through effective merchandising, customer engagement, and strategic sales initiatives.
• Customer Experience: Uphold the brand image by providing excellent customer service and cultivating lasting relationships with clients.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
• Visual Merchandising: Implement and maintain visually appealing displays that showcase their products in an attractive and enticing manner.
• Promotions and Events: Plan and execute promotional events to drive foot traffic and enhance the store's presence in the local community.
