Description
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC Lathe and CNC Milling machines.
- Load materials into machines and ensure they run efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of quality control, machining components to exact specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards at all times.
Profile
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as a CNC Operator with Lathe and Milling
- CNC programming experience is advantageous, but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and a dedicated work ethic.
- Reliable, eager to learn, and committed to contributing to the organization's success.
Job Offer

- Competitive hourly rate: $40-$45 per hour (negotiable based on experience).
- 11% superannuation contribution.
- $60 per week allowances (Tool, clothing & attendance incentive)
