CNC Programmer and Machinist

Based in the Northern Regions of South Australia, Gadaleta Steel Fabrication delivers projects for clients across the infrastructure, mining and industrial sectors.

We are a Structural/Mechanical and Crane Hire business providing a full range of steel fabrication, procurement, project construction/maintenance solutions and crane hire to clients.

Full time, Permanent position is available for a CNC Programmer and Machinist to work in our Whyalla branch working on brand new State of the Art Peddinghous SubX 1120 and Peddinghous Plate Line equipment preforming Milling, Drilling, Bevelling, Ark Writing & Cutting 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Knowledge and experience in the use of CNC programming and machining operation preferably Peddinghous 
2. Knowledge and experience in Raptor & SDS software preferable
3. Knowledge and experience in the use of CAD/CAM software.
4. Mechanically minded 
5. Good Problem Solving Skills
6. Competent Computing Skills with some experience with Microsoft Excel
7. Good Numeracy Skills
8. Able to interpret shop drawings
9. Flexible roster
10. Be able to work as part of a team & also autonomously
