Job Responsibilities :
- 10+ years HR Business Partner experience
- Extensive HR experience in a technology organization or technology related business with proven ability to thrive in a high-performing, hyper-growth environment
- Previous experience with organizational change, strong proven program management, be able to build complex communication plans and the ability to be hands-on with a focus on quality outcomes while at the same time, understand the big picture and a vision for the future.
- Experience analyzing organizational needs and setting strategies and goals to make a positive impact; ability to set priorities, stay focused, and manage time in a fast paced environment
- Natural flair of building strong relationships at all levels and across functions within the organization; effectively communicating with and influencing at all levels, including providing critical feedback and helping executives, managers, and employees navigate through difficult situations
- Track record coaching leaders and advising action on sensitive or ambiguous situations including employee relations, performance management, or organizational diagnostics
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to organize and analyze data and recommend data-driven solutions
- Demonstrable exceptional judgment, self-management, impeccable ethics, and a high degree of personal and professional maturity
- Solid understanding of what makes a great work environment and previous experience with an employer of choice will be highly regarded
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with effective, concise verbal and written English communication skills.
