This is precision engineering at its finest with one of the worlds most modern CNC machine shop including a fully automated and palletised 5 Axis machining cells.

1. Do you have 5 Axis Milling experience? SKIP TO QSN 2
2. Do you have experience in Aluminium surface machining? SKIP TO QSN 3
3. Do you have machining experience of complex components? YOU ARE NEARLY THERE....

What will you be doing?

• Assisting the machine shop
• Writing programs
• Running machines
• Deburring
• Creation of set up sheets
• Mentor of apprentices

Who are you?

• 5 Axis/3+2 Off line Programmer
• Qualified in an Engineering Discpline
• Exp - High speed machining
• Exp - Mazak Variaxis + HAAS - Desirable
• Mastercam/Vericut simulation software exp
• Ability to read/Interpret engineering drawings
