We are looking for an experienced Coastal Engineer to join our Australian ports & maritime team to assist with the continued growth and success of our business in this market. Our coastal team supports the delivery of a range of interesting national and international projects ranging from coastal resilience programs in the Pacific to complex coastal modelling studies to support major port developments across the region and design of coastal and marine structures.
As an Experienced Coastal Engineer you will be responsible for developing and supporting Coastal Engineering tasks and projects to achieve exceptional outcomes for our clients. In taking the role you would have the opportunity to work together with a high performing coastal and maritime professionals on a diverse array of coastal management and engineering projects to help our clients resolve their most challenging problems.
The salary range for this role is between $90,000 to $100,000. Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Extensive experience in Coastal Engineering
• Relevant Engineering Qualifications (Chartered or near Chartered professional)
• Experience in the design and delivery of coastal management and coastal infrastructure works
• Up to date knowledge of relevant Australian and international design standards, codes and practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead the delivery of coastal modelling and engineering tasks
• Highly developed project management skills coupled with commercial acumen and excellent organisational, verbal and written communication skills
