Innovative and dynamic organisation based in the Norwest Business Park specialising within the Financial Services sector now has an opportunity for a motivated and switched on Senior Administrator to join their busy and cohesive office.
This role will be responsible for speaking with our valued clients about payments that have been unable to be paid or that may have bounced and finding solutions for future direct debits.
Your responsibilities within this varied and busy role will include:
- Following up on existing clients' payments that were unable to clear.
- Finding suitable solutions for clients with pre-existing direct debits and offering new solutions
- Updating new details as they change
- Offering exceptional customer service to existing and new clients
- Understanding the product functions and offering only the best advice
- Client liaison
- Offering strong product education and being able to troubleshoot any client concerns
- Following up on client concerns and/or successes on a regular basis
- Creating strong client relationships
- General office management and administration
- Strong attention to detail required with a flair for numbers
To be considered for this role, the following skills and experience are essential:
- Experience in customer service and administration, minimum 3 years
- Experience within a financial services environment will be highly regarded but not essential
- Attention to detail
- Quick learner with a sense of urgency
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Analytical
- Confidence to make follow up calls to clients to build solid relationships
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office/Excel)
- Flexible and adaptable
- Ability to work confidently in a fast paced environment
