The IT Support Officer is a fast-paced role, responsible for providing professional and friendly customer service supporting 300+ users.
Main duties will include:
- Provide support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist with the installation, configuration and maintenance of servicers and network equipment.
- Monitor system performance.
- Complete system audits and backups, rectifying errors.
- Assist with the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
You will be an adaptive individual who would like to develop their career in Systems Administration. The successful applicant will preferably have:
- Previous experience in IT based role
- Formal qualifications in Information Systems or similar
- Working knowledge of ICT infrastructure and networking
- Highly developed skills in structured problem solving.
- Proven ability to schedule, prioritise and complete tasks.
