Collections Officer

We are looking for focused and driven candidates who can build relationships with clients and are able to negotiate workable solutions for both parties.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Day to day management of 0-90 and 90 day + complex arrears cases
• Work closely with the client to provide quality solutions and options for repayments or debt
• Provide solutions to all hardship matters
• Liaise with valuers, solicitors and financial advisers as required
• Opportunities to assess chattel mortgage, novated leasing and equipment finance applications
• Skip tracing (senior position)
• Administration tasks as and when required to support the team and external stakeholders

To be considered for this position you will:

• Have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience within the collections space from a banking or asset finance background
• Be highly customer centric and focused
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Bring a team first attitude
• Ideally be degree qualified within business
