About the role
This role is a Collections / Customer Service Officer role and will appeal to aspiring professionals who have the desire & commitment to build a career within our organisation and the Finance Industry. You must be a high caliber, detail oriented, self-motivated candidate with a proven ability to build strong and lasting relationships. You will manage a portfolio of customers and be the key point of contact while ensuring all internal and external, regulatory and legislative requirements including Privacy and Debt Collection Guidelines are being adhered to. You will be a key member in a dynamic and robust team environment, with significant challenge and potential for career development.
A typical day looks like
- Welcoming new customers
- Negotiating and monitoring payment arrangements
- Assessing and managing hardship requests
- Completing skip work and liaising with Mercantile Agents
- Finalisation of loan contracts
About you
You are results focused, highly Customer Centric and able to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of the Finance Industry and relative legislation in conjunction with:
- Superior organisation, attention to detail and time management
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong communication, oral and written + analytically minded
- Proven ability to make a difference, highly TEAM focused and results driven.
Associated Asset Finance Industry experience in a Collections or Customer Service Role will be well regarded.
