About the role
With continuing rapid growth, an opportunity now presents for an experienced Collections Officer to join their expanding and close-knit team. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will be responsible for answering daily inbound calls and emails and ensuring all clients are responded to within twenty-four hours. With a solid understanding of debtor management and a professional phone manner, you will issue correspondence to clients, create and manage payment plans for outstanding client accounts and update the database with client information.
Duties
- Monitor and action daily inbound calls
- Respond to daily client emails
- Monitor client billing status
- Schedule daily calls and setting reminders in calendar
- Ensure appropriate letter templates are sent to clients
- Manage and create payment plans for outstanding client accounts
- Update client information into database
