A summary of your responsibilities include:
Assessing credit applications and providing credit decisions in line with your DLA
Maintaining our credit standards and business service quality by ensuring all credit decisions are soundly based, involve appropriate oversight, and reflect the organisation's current underwriting standards, policies and risk appetite.
Ensuring all credit decisions are communicated to customers in an appropriate and timely fashion.
Provide regular insight into loan portfolio performance and credit trends
Provide recommendations in relation to credit policy updates based on loan book performance
Implement process improvements around the credit process
Ensuring our credit policy is up to date with regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
Assisting in the development of junior credit staff
Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
