They have an impeccable design range and very advanced internal systems. This particular company are delivering around 150 - 200 homes per year.
The Role
Reporting into the General Manager & Operations Manager, you will be working out of their beautiful design studio based in head office.

- Negotiable salary based on experience
The new role will involve:
- Gain approvals, make appointments and resolve client issues
- Generally 4 colour appointments each week, with one day for administration
- Internal and external colour selections, kitchen designs and electrical appointments.
- Advise clients on potential upgrade options and assist them in making informed choices with regard to the merits and value of products offered
- Utilise the Design Studio to enhance the process and promote products from preferred suppliers.
What you need
- An interior design qualification
- Previous experience working for a Project Homes builder (5 years + is ideal)
- Evidence of proactive qualities and ability to work autonomously
- Strong administrative skills
- Open, approachable and friendly personality
