Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Administration Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Commercial Director in their role to foster relationships with our electrical wholesale partners at all levels (National, Regional and Branch). The primary focus of the role will be to improve the service levels of our Commercial Offer to our customers. Other major opportunities for the Commercial Administration Manager are to further improve efficiencies, processes, reporting, compliance and of course profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Enhance relationships with key contacts within electrical wholesale partners.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the commercial department.
- Implement strategies to improve operational and commercial efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze customer performance by working with the business analysis team to provide insights to senior management.
- Maintain contracts with customers and ensure that all aspects of those contracts are delivered accurately and on time.
- Co-ordinate the execution of our pricing strategy.
- Monitor company expenses and implement strategies to ensure we’re ‘spending wisely’.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Commercial Administration and an understanding of the business to business environmnent will be an asset.
- The Commercial Administration Manager will not have any direct reports in the first instance, but will utilise the many stsff resources within the group. The ability to interact with peers and customers to monitor the completion of tasks to ensure an outcome will determine success in the role.
- Understanding of the electrical wholesale industry will be a significant advantage, but experience in any trade business will also be looked upon favourably.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, work to deadlines and execute multiple projects at once is critical.
- Experience with Product Pricing, Rebates and Expense Management will set the candidate apart from the rest of the field.
- Demonstrate ability to work with multiple company platforms such as MS Outlook Suite, ERP Software, CRM & collaborative project management tools. Specific experience is not needed, but certainly an understanding and ability to learn will be appreciated.
