The Opportunity

As the Commercial Analyst, this is a key role within the commercial team and involves delivering commercial analysis and recommendations, interpreting financial data and providing quantitative reports for the operations team contributing to key commercial decision-making.
You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and high-performance based division within the group who are willing to provide the support and professional development and drive your career forward. You will be partnering with non-finance stakeholders to drive performance of the segment you will look after.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Financial modelling for existing and prospective new business
- Margin, revenue performance and cost analysis
- Supporting commercial tendering requests
- Budgeting and forecasting assistance
- Driving continuous improvement of management and financial reporting
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or commerce with a major in accounting/ finance
- CA/CPA qualified
- 4-5 years experience in a large corporate environment in a management accounting and/ or business partnering role either at a group or divisional level or you may be looking to make your first move from a chartered environment from insolvency or external audit
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of initiative, a forward-thinking attitude and motivated to develop your skillset by partnering with commercial and operational stakeholders in-person
