Key Responsibilities:
- Take on a proactive role in the leasing and repositioning of assets to maximise property value and ensure financial viability.
- Manage the acquisition process for new properties, including due diligence, property inspections, and negotiation of purchase terms.
- Conduct comprehensive asset reviews and relocations to optimise the tenant mix and enhance asset performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and execute property-specific strategies.
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations on property status, lease renewals, and rent reviews to the CEO.
- Lead projects involving capital expenditures and innovate solutions to enhance asset value.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial property management, with a strong preference for those with asset management experience.
- Experience in property valuation and acquisitions.
- Queensland Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the capacity to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Tertiary education in a property-related field is desirable.
- Proficiency in property management software such as Re-Leased and Xero.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with high precision and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with budget management and financial forecasting.
