As our Commercial Business Manager, your role is to lead, coach and inspire the National Commercial Sales team, with full responsibility for executing and monitoring the National Sales plan for the Commercial business. This role has a focus on all aspects of the business division operations, including revenue growth opportunities, providing an exceptional customer experience and strategic planning for national expansion.
Our Commercial area encompasses distribution & support of our core product line, Wave Dolphin Robotic Commercial Pool Cleaners and associated pool equipment products in the aquatics industry nationwide.

What you’ll do
- Develop strategic plan and implement the Commercial National Sales Plan and Commercial expansion.
- Lead and inspire a winning culture within the Team
- Implement the National Sales Plans and monitor Activity and KPI’s
- Focus on Account Management with selected Key Accounts
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
- Deliver on monthly sales and gross profit budgets
- Ensure we are delivering an Exceptional Experience to ALL internal and external stakeholders
- Focus on training, development, and feedback with the team
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Proven history achieving sales growth
- Coaching mindset for leading a sales team
- Honest, reliable, and credible business approach.
- Confident conducting business through Salesforce or similar CRM.
