Job Overview:
As the Victoria/Tasmania Commercial Sales Manager at Arisit Pty Ltd, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strategic relationships with current merchants, including but not limited to Harvey Norman Commercial, E&S Commercial, Hardings Hardware & Winning Appliances. This position requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in commercial sales, a deep understanding of the kitchen and home appliance industry, and the ability to engage effectively with key stakeholders such as architects, designers, builders, and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and Maintain Client Relationships:
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with current merchants, with a primary focus on key partners such as Harvey Norman Commercial and E&S Commercial.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Arisit's presence within the commercial sector in Victoria and Tasmania.
Collaborate with architects, designers, builders, and developers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Product Knowledge and Training:
Maintain an in-depth understanding of Arisit's product portfolio.
Provide training and support to merchants, architects, designers, builders, and developers on Arisit's products and their applications.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in commercial sales within the kitchen and home appliance industry.
Strong network and relationships with key merchants, including Harvey Norman Commercial and E&S Commercial.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and articulate technical product features and benefits.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
