About the Opportunity
As a Commercial Manager within K&S Freighters, your core responsibility revolves around bolstering business decisions through detailed analytical insights and commercial acumen.
Reporting to the Divisional Manager (SBU) You'll be instrumental in shaping and implementing the K&S Business Partnering framework, enhancing our ability to forecast, plan, and navigate the complexities of the market.
Elevate K&S’s growth as Commercial Manager: Insight-driven decisions, strategic business planning, and process optimization for impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- In Conjunction with the Divisional Manager (SBU), assist with development and implementation of the SBU strategic business plan and budget objectives.
- Ensure the weekly/monthly financial reports comply with the company requirements.
- Monitor business performance and advice the Divisional Manager of any cost/financial situation that may require attention.
- Ensure credit management function complies with company procedure and standards.
- Ensure the SBU administrative function is responsive to both internal & external customer needs.
- Oversee and manager major customer contract compliance for invoicing, KPI Reporting and Business Systems.
- Oversee the development and implementation of annual SBU plans with respect to sales, logistics quality, etc.
- Prepare annual SBU operating budgets & Capex proposal.
- Manage the SBU induction program.
