The Government Department is set to release a new contract that will be rolled out in the second half of 2025. This contract will include updated clauses, insurance recommendations, financial data considerations and GST advice
The key responsibilities for the Project Manager position include:
- Financial Compliance
- Liaising with the DPE Legal team to amend legal terminology.
- Consultation with the ACHPs.
- Possible travel around NSW every month, if required
- Strong engagement with stakeholders.
- Understanding of GST implications in the contract.
- Addition of concurrent leases with advice from the DPE Legal team.
- Strategic oversight on other Executive issues pertaining to this contract.
- Interpretation of financial statements if required.
- Ability to quickly respond to urgent Ministerial requests and contentious issues
