About the role
- The role will have carriage of work across all areas of the commercial team including.
- Business sales and purchases,
- Business and personal structuring,
- Mergers and franchising,
- Contracts and agreements
- Finance, loans and securities and lender services.
- Work closely with other members of the team as well as with the business advisory team.
About You
- 4-7 + post admissions experience
- Proven current experience in a commercial legal role.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the team, clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail with a drive to learn.
