The Firm & The RoleOur client is a long established commercial law firm and they are looking to recruit a Commercial Lawyer at around 2 to 4 year level. This role will see you working closely with partners on a broad range of matters. No two days are the same. Clients range from ASX-listed companies, SMEs, property developers, NFPs, charities.A flavour of the work will include:

• general commercial work
• advising NFPs
• tax
• restructuring and asset protection
• wealth protection
• trust and estate planning
• real estate matters
• corporate governance

If you enjoy working closely with clients and want to assist in meeting the business objectives of clients, then this could be the perfect role for you.About YouThe ideal candidate will have:

• Around 2 to 4 years in the area of commercial law or tax law; pre-admission experience will be higly regarded
• Commercial nous as well strong technical skills
• Excellent communication and client building skills
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Highly developed organisation skills and be able to juggle competing deadlines
• Enthusiasm, drive and ambition
