The role
Working with our established team of experienced practitioners, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years PAE in commercial law and be focused on building and maintaining strong working relationships with our valued clientele.
The role offers the opportunity to work on large scale transactions as well as assisting small businesses and individuals with their commercial legal requirements focusing on the following areas:
- General commercial agreements including loan agreements, supply agreements, IT and IP agreements
- Business sales and purchases
- Franchising
- Terms and conditions of trade
- Competition and consumer law
- Building contracts
- Trusts
- Corporate structuring and company law generally
- Procurement projects
- Purchases and sale of shares
- Shareholders’ and unitholders’ agreements
- Retail and non retail commercial Leasing
