The Role: Commercial Lawyer (Associate) 

We are looking for a charismatic Commercial Lawyer ready to bring their energy to 

our Gild Legal team and amazing clients.

About YOU: 

• At least 3+ years PAE in the game 
• Demonstrated experience in Corporate and Commercial Law 
• PAE appropriate legal, analytical and problem-solving skills 
• A strong desire to develop professionally 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• An ability to deliver proactive and pragmatic solutions 
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities 
• A focus on delivering quality outcomes 
• Commitment to upholding the TGG’s core values and culture 

As the Commercial Lawyer (Associate) you would be advising and acting on a variety of commercial and private client matters which, subject to your experience, may include: 

• Business Structuring/Restructuring 
• Mergers and Acquisitions 
• General Commercial Law matters 
• Corporate governance and advisory 
• Asset protection and trusts 

The GIG: 

• Drafting technical advices, correspondence and legal documentation 
• Meeting with clients and identifying and scoping strategies to achieve client outcomes 
• Progressing client matters and otherwise managing workload within a team environment 
• Supporting the Senior Associates with technical legal service offerings and deliverables for clients; and 
• You will transact and be involved directly in files and your technical drafting, interpersonal and legal skills will be honed.

Location:  

This role will be located in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast QLD. Work from home flexibility is also supported.
