About the position:
Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join their dynamic Townsville CBD office. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with hybrid working options to promote work-life balance. You will work alongside experienced support staff, providing practical and goal-oriented legal advice to business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer comprehensive commercial advice to business clients
- Engage in legal drafting, including leasing and business contracts
- Help clients achieve their goals with well-rounded and practical legal solutions
- Optional involvement in wills and estates, with training available if desired
- Admission as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Qld
- Experience in commercial law (experience in wills and estates is advantageous)
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
