- Experienced legal professional, with a hands-on approach and dedicated to providing high-quality advice and attaining the best possible outcome.
- Advising and guiding vendors through commercial AND property transactions.
- Working on building contracts, property acquisitions, conveyancing, leasing and off the plan developments.
- Property/Commercial Lawyer with at least 3+ PQE.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
- The ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team
- Excellent communication skills & meticulous attention to detail; and
- Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple matters and meet deadlines.
