Law Graduate / Graduate Lawyer / Junior Lawyer Role - Commercial and Property Law

Our team offer a broad range of legal services across many areas of law including
- Family Law;
- Commercial Law;
- Conveyancing
- Litigation;
- Property Law; and
- Wills and Estates;
The role:
Our growing Property and Commercial department has an opening for an experienced and highly motivated Law Graduate / Graduate Lawyer or Junior Lawyer.
Reporting directly to our two Directors you will have exposure to a broad range of Commercial and Property matters including:
- Leasing matters including both retail and commercial;
- Conveyancing matters including business purchases and sales;
- Assisting the residential conveyancing team where required;
- Commercial transactional matters including partnership agreements, licencing agreements, share sale agreements, unit sale agreements;
- Trusts including creation, variation and governance;
- Rent Roll purchases and sales;
- Corporate structuring;
- Some Litigation matters; and
- Some Wills and Estate matters.
This is a hands-on role offering you a broad range of experience, a chance to grow your skills and engage in varied and challenging work.
About you:
The ideal candidate must possess:
- Graduate Lawyer or Junior Lawyer;
- Law graduates encouraged to apply;
- High level attention to detail;
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a team focus.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage client expectations;
- Be well presented with a friendly and positive attitude
- Be Flexible adaptable and reliable at all times;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients; and
- Genuine interest in Commercial Law.
Experience with Leap is advantageous but not essential.
